Unanimously accepted - ' Unity is strength'. It is in fact a great virtue. It is unity or integration that bring people of fragmented castle, creed and culture into a single thread or platform where they do have a common voice, a common feeling and of course a common goal peace progress and prosperity.

National unity refers to integration. It does refers to the state of being joined together to form a signal unity.  The abundant feeling of patriotism is a prime key to a very rich development and prosperous nation. It invites people to join hands in the hands for the peace and tranquility, progress and prosperity of the nation. It makes people acknowledge that the well being of their country is their own well-being. They do adore their country as dearly as their mother.Hence they can't tolerate any sorts of interference to their country. They raise their voice collectively and are ready even to sacrifice themselves at the cost of their country.

National Unity does really mean a national integration. A nation remains no more if there is no national unity. It is only nation unity or integration that brings people of different race, color and cultural living in different geographical facets into a single platform or stage where they have a common identity and destination and there prevails the tremendous feeling of fraternity and brotherhood, equality and humanity. Consequently the racial fragmentation hatred and other clash definitely come to an end. In order to have the national unity all the people of country should have the unity in themselves. So in order to have the unity among the people. All the people of our country should be given the equal power and the chances. Not only this they should be properly take care by the government. The government should give the rights tot every think like religion change and other. Many country like America, China and other are develop due to the national unity.

In order to develop our country also there must be national unity. But in our country the people are very selfish they are kind of people who always want to make the people back of them so they can make the other people greedy due to there achievement. In short national unity or integration is a pre-requisite for progress and prosperity of the nation. Unless and until the people are united, the nation cannot launch any development plans and projects nor can it face the challenges. Further the nation can be threatened or invaded by the external force if the people are not united but fragmented.Hence the country can't exist if there is not national unity and integration.

Buddha jayanti is the main festivals for the Buddhist. It is also known as the Buddha Purnima falls on the full moon day of Baisakh. Buddha jayanti in fact commemorates the three important phases of Buddhist life his birth enlightenment and his nirvana (demise).

The founder of peace and the non-violence Gautam Buddha was born as the crown prince to his parents-king Suddhodana and queen Mayadevi in the lumbini on the full moon day of the Baisak over 2,500 years ago.It was on the same day that he get enlightenment in Bodhgaya and coincident passed away into nirvana at Kushinagar in India on the very day.Unfortunately, Mayadevi died a few days after she gave birth to her great son. He was christened Siddhartha and was brought up in royal care and comfort. From his childhood, Siddhartha was very kind clever and thoughtful. King Suddhodana taught him the arts political and warfare so as to prepare him successful king in future. Further, the king even arranged the marriage his son and he was married to a girls Yashudara. They gave birth to a baby- Rahul in due course of time. But, all this could not arrest Siddhartha attention. He was thoughtful on something beyond the worldly and royal luxuries. He was profoundly down-hearted by seeing the old, dissed and dead man.

The sight of old age, sickness, and death stroke Siddhartha so much that he decided himself to renounce the worldly things. He commenced to think on how the entire human kind could be freed from such worldly sorrows. Consequently, he abandoned his royal palace in search of the ultimate ready to make the mankind quite happy. He continued his adventures journey to accomplished his mission despite immense hardships. He went on fasting and meditating for plural days but nothing gained he become frailer. So he started to meditate by eating food and giving to the local people. Eventually it was after many years under a Bunyan tree on the full moon day of Baishakh that Siddhartha attained the utter knowledge. Since then he become the Lord Buddha which means the enlightenment. He got the ultimate solution to all the worldly sorrows and sufferings.

Not only this he was also known as the Light of Asia. He continued preaching at different places for nearly 45 years until he passed away at the age of 80 in kushinagar, indai. It was a wonderful coincidence that Gautam Buddha was born, enlightened and died on the very full moon day of Baisahash.

On this pious,l many ceremonies are held a round Buddhist shrines and stupas like Lumbini the birth pl;ace of the lord Buddha, Swayambhu stupa on the hillock to the west of Kathmandu and such as many different stupas around the Nepal that are present in the Nepal. In this day mainly the pooja or the programs are held on the different stupas, gumba and other religious place.Sacred pauba scroll paintings and Buddha images are put on the public place to display. Most important at Anandakuti Bihar a relic ( a silver of bone from the body) of the lord Buddha is brought out to  pay homage from the devotees. As the night falls the stupas Bihars and even the houses are illuminated with multi colors or the different light of candles butter lamps.

A tiny mountainous country Nepal is the second richest country in the water. About 6000 rivers and rivulets are available in our country. The loftiest Himalayas, tranquil lakes, splashing rivers, rushing torrents, incessant spring etc are the main sources of water in our country.

Multi-dozens of river that are oriented from the Himalayas and the mountains are also the main source of water in the Nepal. The endless flowing the river attract the people for rafting, fishing, irrigating and immense hydro power potential. similarly many rivers emerged during the rainy seasons which are used by farmers during the farming. The main rivers of Nepal are - the koshi in the east which is the biggest river by the tribute of seven major rivers like Tamor, Dudhkoshi, Likhu, Indrawati, Sunkoshi, Tamakoshi and the viz-Arune. So the people also called it the sapta koshi. Similarly the Gandaki in the middle known as the Sapta Gandaki does also consist seven tributes like- Kaligandaki, Trishuli, Budhigandaki, Daraudi, Seti, Madi, and the Marshyand. Like wise the longest river Karnali flows down to the western part of the Nepal. It is also said that the potentials of Nepal to produce the electricity is the 83,000 megawatt. It is in fact an incredibly huge amount. But due the lack of scientific tools and technology our country Nepal have generated only a hand full of the electricity so far. Due to the such kind of the things Nepalese people are compelled to pay the high rate for the electricity. It is a matter of great shame and misfortune.

The river do play a crucial role in the all round development of a mountainous country like ours. Firstly, they can be used to generate electricity which is the backbone of the nation to established a factory industries and to run the electricity transportation and communication. secondly they can help in the field of tourism by attracting the tourist for adventures games like rafting, fishing and so on. Secondly they can be used for the irrigation. Nepal is an agro-based country. A huge mass of the land are kept barren during the  dry season. Similarly the rivers can be used to supply the drinking water, cooking, bathing, and other daily uses. Further more the rivers can be used for the regional or international boundaries for political and administrative purpose. These are the reasons why the rivers are of the vital important.

On the other hand river sometimes can be a bitter curse. They are often over-flood in the rainy seasons and ruin in the entire fields and houses on their banks. So hundred of thousand of people lose their lives as well as their property. They also cause the landslides, flood and the soil erosion.

Despite these all the rivers play vital role for the development.  If they utilized appropriately and preserved from being polluted they can be heavenly boon for the Nepalese people. But unfortunately the rivers Nepal are being badly polluted. They are no longer rivers but the drainage. Similarly fate is faced by Fewa Tal in the Pokhara. It is extremely unfortunate and shameful matter. It must be stopped at any cost. This all is because of lack of technician and substantial capital together with people's accountability. The country has not allows adequate budget for the preservation of the rivers and rivoluts. If the such of kind of work is done then the work our country can be develop properly.

Therfore every drop of the rivers in Nepal is pearl. They should be utilized at any cost and any place and time.

Kritipur is the historical town lies in the southwestern realm of Kathmandu. It's only a few minutes bus-ride from the heart of the capital. The beautiful landscape, the ethnic tribe with their uniquely famed tradition and culture, duo ancient and modern houses clustered together, the ages-old temple and stupas, the oldest university TU with its spacious premises etc lend the town a charming beauty.Similarly, the `cozy restaurants and bars as the visitors an ever lasting memory even after their departure from this hypnotic town.

Geographically the hill town Kritipur is believed to be upon a huge single boulder. So, it remained unaffected even in the terrible earthquake in 1990 and 2045 V. S. respectively while the country had to bear an unaccountable loss of due lives and property. It is the place of granary and the arts and crafts. The historical Chilancho Stupa, the century old Baghbairav temple, Uma Maheshowr temple on the top of the town candidly portray the richness of the ancient art and crafts.Similarly, the magnificent Buddha Vihar in the nid of the town, the  Sulakshan Vihar on the bank of Bagmati river are the holy places to flash back the life story of Gautam Buddha.  These are the popular places where can be seen the flocks of devotees and pilgrims on the festive occasions. Likewise, from the top of the town the entire Kathmandu Valley can be seen blooming at her best glamour on the kind lap of the ever-smiling Himalayan peaks.

The historical town Kritipur has the population approximately fifty thousand. The majority of the population consists of the ethnic group the Newar. The other residing group are the Brahman, Kshetris, Gurung, Tamang and so on. The multi lingual and multiracial town does have excellent religious tolerance. So, there has never been a clash or revolt in the name of caste and creed since the time immemorial. The peace loving people ever seek their fortune in their toil, never in the line on their palm. The people are seen in colorful dresses on the festive occasion viz- Gaujatra, Indra Jatra,l Dashain and Tihar, the national fiestas.

The vein-like motor able roads make ever nook and corner of the town quite accessible. Together, the privileges of communication, the mushrooming numbers of school, cozy restaurants and bars etc prove that the town is steadily staggering to modernity and prosperity.

The nearby places to add the feel to the beauty of the town are Taudaha, a tidy pond in the southern part yhe artistically rich and jala Binayak temple on the bank of Bagmati river the nearby caves of Chovar etc, easily win the tender hearts of the visitors. Thematically, Kiritipur does have a vast world of her own. So, countless visitors duo native and outsiders make their plural visits to experience  the sheer beauty of nature and whoever makes his visit once to this town gets full price of his visit and gets back with a firm mind-making to visit to this hypnotic town plural times in the days to come.

The people who earn their livelihood by begging are called the beggars. We can see them in the side of the street, around the temple and around the holy places and in the bus stops. Begging is not an illegal work in the eastern world. Giving alms and charity is considered a great virtue by the easterners. It is the custom handed by the forefather. So the number of the beggars are increasing day by day, which has been serious problem in our country.

Begging is compatible with distinct perspectives and reasons. The root cause of begging is poverty. similarly, another prime reason is our religious sentiment. People consider giving alms and dole is a great virtue. It is our custom established since the time immemorial. They give a few rupees and gifts with great devotion and the respect. Likewise natural calamities like earthquake, landslide, and floods push the hundred man towards the homeless who have no other way but begging to live in. Son the people are compelled to beg. Further, some handicapped people viz-blind, lame, dumb, deaf etc have nothing to do. They have nothing to eat they have no where to live so in order to live in they have to beg in order live. Humanity demands to help such beggars.  We should feel immense sympathy to them. But some of the people beg due to hard work. They think that the begging is the more easy to  do another works. Some beggars are consider holy men. They are called the sadhus the sage or hermits. They are supposed t be great scholars, who possess diving power. People expect blessing from them and want to predict their future by the sadhus.  They fear to be cursed by them. Hence they are given the dole or alms and gifts with great devotion and honour.  The sadhu are supposed to have  renounced the entire world but most of them are cheats. However there are some some real sadhus, who live in seclusion. They don't begging. The false sadhus or the beggars in the disguise and sadhus are very cunning. They pretend themselves to be helpless and rigged. They put on the grab of sadhus besmear their faces with ashes. They have houses land and children. They even dare to steal pick pocketing and the rob the people if they find a nice opportunity.

Begging is a nuisance and a great hindrance to the progress and prosperity of a country. So, begging should be discouraged. It should be prohibited by the law.  In the some western country the begging is the illegal activities.  beggar is strictly punished if the beggars are found in the street or any area. There is the pension for the unemployment, homeless, and other who don't have food to eat and house to live. But in our country the beggars are allowed to beg in the free condition. Not only this even some of the beggars are come to home without any problems. So in order to stop such things the government of our country should also provide the facilities. If the such kind of facilities are provided to the people then the country beggars will be controlled.

If the available of such kind of facilities also the people start to begging then the government of our country should take the strict punishment to the those people. So the government of our country should provide enough facilities to the people who don't have house to live and food to eat.

The term ' Global Warming' Consist of two words global and warming. Global means the whole earth and the warming refers t the increase in temperature. Thus global warming does simply mean the increase in the average temperature of the global/earth , which is one of the most blistering issues of this contemporary era. Global warming is considered as the greatest threat the the entire humankind has ever approached to.

In fact the global warming is not a natural process. It is the outcome of the human activities. The unscientific settlement, unplanned industrialization, The usage of fossil fuel resulting increment of green house effecting gases, are the main causes for the unwanted global warming in the world. Also the ozone layer depletion and the deforestation also add the fuel fire. The harmful gas that are produce from the vesicles, industries, factorizes and other things has directly affected the ozone layer. Some of the gases can ratify the rate of breaking of ozone molecules. When destruction rate of ozone is higher than that of the formation then slowly its thickness will corrode, which invites to boost up the amount of ultra violet ray to entire the earth's envelope of air. It will evolve as infrared ray and will increase temperature of the earth. Some industrial gases viz- CO2, CFC ( chloro flora carbon), SO2, CO, No etc are the agents of global warming. When such gasses increase then tat will sufficiently trap heat and will foster the temperature of the earth much higher. The usages of fossil fuel will also assemble huge amount of harmful pollutants and green house effecting gases in the air there by resulting global warming. Similarly , deforestation does also shut down the alternative of tackling and burning issue-global warming.

It is estimated that the average temperature of the earth is 15 c but due to the global warming, It is increasing annually at an alarming rate. The current rate of global warming in the earth is 0.02 C but in the Himalaya 0.06 C. Due to the global warming the snow mountains and the snow carpet are melting at terrific rate, which increase the amount of water in the sea or ocean diminishing the land proton. The increasing temperature does not hamper the water cycle and conventional wind flow resulting climate change but also affects normal; function of the ecosystem and bring drastic change in the kingdom of flora and fauna. Due to such kind of things the natural change are seen like brimming the flower early, birds egg hitching before the time. This deteriorates viz- flood landslide, drought, fire, storm, cyclone, tsunami, hurricane etc.

like wise the climate change also assists smear different new and fatal epidemics over the human settlements and claims lives of lots. It will create such a situation, ethic will only consist suffering, pains and violence. However it does not mean that it has no solution. If we consolidate and track out the ways then we can have some pragmatic solution  to this burning issue. Numerous attempt have been made to draw the special attention of the world in this regard like the cabinet meeting under the water/sea in Maldives at Kalapathara in the base camp of Mt.Everest, in the Nepal And the world conference on climate changes in copenhagen in etc are worth mentioning. But they are not enough to control the global warming.

The main weapon to control the global warming is the awareness.  People should be made aware of the causes, consequences and solution to global warming. Afforestation programs should be launched. Urbanization should be systematic and planned. Similarly the we can reduce the uses of the fossil fuels by replacing the alternative methods like solar, bio gas and electricity. Preservation earth means the preserving the whole mankind.

Pashang Lhamu Sherpa was born in 1950 A . D . in the Solukhunbu district of the Nepal. Her father name was Phurba Kitar  Sherpa and her mother name was Angdaki Sherpa. Since the her childhood she was a challenge loving girls. She likes to do adventuresses work. She wants newness in everything on her life. Being the daughter of mountaineer she also shows the interest in the mounting since her childhood. She was highly fascinated by the sensational stories her father told her about mountaineering.

The more her father explained the job is not so easy to all she gets more attracted to the mountaineering. She gets more excited when her father tells her about the mountaineering. Being the small girls she always want to achieve the high goals in her life. Thus she commenced her career of climbing just at the juvenile age of fourteen. Her craze massively as she got married to Lakpa Sonam Sherpa another mountaineer in 1978 A. D. It was the 1990 when the Pasang made her first attempt to climb the world highest mountain Mt Everest but she could not succeed her first attempt. She made another attempt in the another year 1991 but again she could not achieve the success.Due to the  some regions she could not  achieve the her dreams in many attempt. She try to attempt her dream in the 1993 but she could not achieve the dreams once again. She descended from the height of 8500 meter with a sad and dismal heart. But due to the many problem face during mountaineering she did not loose her desire. All the failure of during the mountaineering made her even strong. She used to think like she was born to climb the mountain.

Finely she decide to make her fourth attempt to climb the mountain on 22 April, 1993 A.D. In that time she was only the Nepalese women who was going to climb the mountain. A mountainous is not called a perfect mountaineering until they return to the safe place. When they are returning from the successful climbing suddenly a things happen the husband of pasang have become the sick. so they decided to make the camp in the mi dell of the Everest. But the due to the changing climate they the both climber have to lost their life.

Pasang dead body was recovered from a couple of feet but the body of her husband Sonam could not found there. When she was brought to the ground she was taken to the Kathmandu the capital of Nepal. Thus the shining star of our country has been disappear from the sky. Every Napless wish it were a nightmare. By losing the great Women of our country Nepal have to face the most devastating things. She leaves us the Nepalese women the great statement being the women also they can do what man can do.

Man becomes great by heart not by birth. This great statement is made by the great Laxmi Prasad Devekota in Nepal litterateur states that all human beings are equal by nature no matter what castes and creed they belong to. The man heart or soul make the man great in the society. the person born so- called down trodden family can excel in any field if they get tangible opportunity in life. Similarly, the persons of the pseudo elite- family have nothing to do in life if they are deprived of the opportunities.

The origin of the untouchability dates back to the ancient time. In that the time the people who have lots of money and have power to control the society are known as the superior person or the high cast people and those people who don't have money and need to labor for whole day to get the food for the night are given the low cast.  The tradition of untouchability was started from the ancient time the people are following this tradition since that to now also. People of our country have also believes like that the lower cast people should not touch the higher cast people. They are also said that they are made for only for the lower job only. In the many parts of our country the lower cast are treated very badly. People of higher cast treat a lower cast people as a animals not only this in the some of the place of our country the lower cast are treated as the salves .

In the temple or in the taps the lower cast people are not allowed to touch the things. In the many temple the lower cast people are not allowed to enter in the temple. They are also not allowed to touch the things that are available there. In the village the lower cast people are not allowed to enter in the house of the higher cast people. They are not given to walk around the people house. Due to the religious believes they believer that if the lower cast people touch any thing that thing will be not to use in the Nepali it is called ( apabritra ). So the lower class people are not allowed to touch the anything in the house of the higher class people. In the school or tin the collage the lower class students are kept separate. Being the educated also the people of our country are forced to follow the religions beliefs.

As we all know that if we cut the higher cast people the red blood will come  and if we cut the lower cast people the same blood will be appear. So why this kind of believes are following the people. In order to remove the such kind of the religious believes we all the people should be aware and treat the lower cast people also like the higher cast people. So the government should implement the strict rules who believe in higher cast and lower cast not only this the government should strictly punished the people who are taken part in the such kind of activities. The government of our country should make the police which is in the favor of the lower cast people. Not only this the the lower cast should also raised their voice so they can get the justices.

They should also get chance to visit the different temples and religious place. They should also get the equal opportunity and the proper place so that they can also do something. They should also given the chance to participate in the development works which can bring the new idea and knowledge in the development. So in order to remove this belies at  first the people of lower cast should raised the voice which will make thew government to take a strong step in their sides.

As we all know that the men and women are the wheel of two carts. This statement shows the big relation of the men and women. The above statement has the great meaning. Women and men are the two sides of coin so they can be separated from each other. Like wise a court can't move without the one court like that men can't move without each other.

Simply female education means the education that is given to the female. So in order to move them in balance female education is the most important. If the female education is given to the female then they can also take part in the different developing work as well as other works. Not only this if the female are educated then they can also make their lifestyle better. Its is also said that if the male is educated then only he was educated but if the female is educated then the whole family is educated. But in our country women are not given the proper education. People of Nepal are religious so they fallow the religious beliefs. People of our country also believe that the girls are the person who should go other home and continue their dine-sty so they don't give education to the girls. In the remote or village area people of the village says that the girls are made for only the four walls why should they should be educated so they are sent to jungle to collect the fire stick and the grass for the animals. Not only this they are send to the animals rearing in the forest and also send to the other field works.

Not only this many girls of our country are not even see the face of books. They are send to the jungle instead of school. They say that is their religious believes which are passed by their ancienter so they should follow it. Due to the such kind of believes also they don't send girls to the school.

In order to avoid or remove the such kind of the religious beliefs at first the government of our country should make the strict rules which are favor if the girls or women. The government should make the law. The government should provide free education to the poor girls and who are disable. Not only this the government of our country should give the education to the villagers so that they can understand that they are doing bad things by following the religious believes. Government of our country should appoint the teacher and should send to the village and give knowledge like by telling the girls that their life is not in the four walls only their life is for the outside also. If the girls are given education then she make the family educated by which the whole family can be healthy.By giving the girls equal chance and opportunity which will help them to think like they can also  what male can do.This kind of work will give them a dare to do another work by which they will increase their capacity.

If the such kind of work as well as opportunity is given to the female then they can also help in the development of the country as well as. So the female education is one of the important things in women life.Women should also encourage that their life is not made for only four walls their life id also made for outsides as well as for the country also.

'

The Saraswati Pooja is one of the main festivals for the students. The people of our country believe that the Saraswatui is the god of education. So the student of Nepal used to worship her.The festivals falls on the Magh Sukla panchuami that's is the 5th day of the full moon day according to the Nepali calendar. The  festivals is also called ' Basanta Panchami ' or the 'Shree Panchami'. This day also indicated that the beginning of the spring seasons.

The Saraswati Pooja is the greatest festivals for the student , scholars and educated  of our country Nepal. In this day the student are used to wake up early in the morning and take bathe use to to pray the Goddess of education Saraswati so that she can give power to understand the words as well as the good or bad things to the students. Many school or collage used to organize the programs in order to celebrate the festival. In this day all the school, collage and the universities are gaily are decorated and illuminated with multi- colors by the students.in this day students make the clay idol of goddess Saraswati on road and collect the money so they can buy every necessary items that are used in the students.

In the Terai the students of that region used to make the clay idol of Saraswati at their school, collage and academic institutes and enthusiastically perform the pooja. When the pooja is finished the students used to ditributed the prasad to all the students in the programs. Every one the pooja takes the prasad by a great honour and devotion. Students also used to put the tika in their face which is puten by the the teacher. The students are also used to go to the greatest temple like pashupati , Gokarnashowar in which they will worship in the front of Saraswati idol. Students also used to write their name around the Saraswati idol by the believe of that she will not forget the name while giving the blesses.

When the festival is going to over the students used to take the idols of goddess Saraswati and all the offering are taken to the holy rivers or places to see her off ritually. Thus, this is a nice occasion of merry-making. Further the Shree Panchami is regarded as a pious day to initiatye academic works. So the children do start their learning to read an write, while the students, schoolers also used to worship the their old books , copy , pens and other items that are used in our school life as well as in the collage life. On the other hands the farmer of our country worship their spade or mattock and plough. And they do sow the seedling in the field as well.

In short, the Saraswati Pooja is anice occasion to initiate the academic works or activities and even the vital works of life viz- marriage and Bratabanda. It makes the students committed to their study with a spirit of sincerity devotion and perseverance on this pious day. This day is the most important day for the students life.

Population refers to the collective group of number people living in the particular place or in the particular area in a particular time. Population is always a flux, never static / constant because every time some babies are born while some people pass away. It is a natural phenomenon.

Nepal is a tiny developing country. The total population of our country is approximately 25 million.  The population growth of our country Nepal is 2.5 which is balanced. Population are increasing day by day due to the lack of the education. In the condition of our country Nepal the population is being increasing day by day. Nepal is villages country so most of the people are uneducated so there thoughts are like more the child more the income so they they reproduce more children so that they can earn more money. Not only this many people thought that if they reproduce more child then the one children will look after them during their old age.

The main problem  for the increasing the population is the our country is education. Due to the lack of education many people don't know about the family planing method. So when somebody talks about it they feel shy and somebody tells that if they use the family planning device then the god will be angry with them so they don't use the devices. Not only this many people of our country thought that the child are the gift of god so they should accept all the child that are reproduce in their life. Some of the people of our country believe that the face of the grandson bring the key to the haven so they force their son to produce a grandson. During this process if their son wife can't produce the son they will not hesitated to bring the  another wife due to which the population will be increased.

People of our country are not well know about the family planing method they are hesitated to use  the method by which the unwanted birth takes place. When the people are told about the family planing the began to thought that they are going against the god so they will cruse by the god so they they avoid to use the family planing device. The population problem is indeed a serious problem in our country.Population growth is a giant hindrance for the all round development of the country.

In order to stop such kind of religious beliefs in our country at first the government of our country should aware the people of our country by providing the quality education. Government should make the police of two children. Not only this if the people of our country reproduce only two child then the government should give all sorts of facilities as well as free education to their child. If such kind of polices are given then the people of our county will be attracted to such kind of things by which the population of our country will be controlled.

The people who are without any work or job to do are called employment. It refers to lack of work for those who are willing to do.Or simply unemployment means the jobless. Nowadays the problem of unemployment has increased like a global problem. Our country Nepal is one of them.

The number of unemployed is increasing day by day. It has become one of the important issue for the government. There are both kind of people in the category skilled as well as unskilled. There are many reasons for the unemployment. At first, Nepal is agro-based country. So the most of the population of our country involve in the agriculture but nowadays people are attracted towards the modern good jobs. They thought that the agriculture is not beneficial. So they move towards the cities or town area but when they get in the cities or town their all  dreams comes to end due to the unemployment. But in some condition some people get job but other have to return empty handed due to unavailable of job in our country.

Those people who are skilled and get the capacity to do hard work are only taken to the job and other have to return their village or they have to do job which are done in their own village. In our country due to the problem of unemployment many educated people as well as skilled man power are also unable to get the job in our country or some of them have to stay at the home as the jobless people. Even they are fully well know to the modern scientific tools and technology they have to stay at home being the jobless. These are the premier causes to hike the number of jobless figures in our country. Unemployment is the main causes for the backwardness of the country.

Due to the unemployment in the society creates many problem in the country like murder, rape, kidnapping, and the thief problem in the country. Due to the unemployment many social problem are raised in the country. Not only this many people are not getting proper faculties in their life. Many child of poor community can't go to the school in order to get education. Many people can't get the basic needs in their life. In the context of our country many poor people don't have food to eat and sleep to house. Due to the unavailable of the such things they are force to involve in the social crime. Likewise, the unemployment youths may divert to drugs and alcohol being very dismal and frustrated.

In order to decrease the unemployment problem in our country at first government should make the police that will help the unemployment people. Government should established more and more industries and more factory so that the people  of our country can get easily get the job. Government should give training in the village so that the people of the village also can get the job like producing raw materials to the factory. Not only this due to the such kind of training the people village can be develop properly by which the more job facilities. So the government of our country should take strong step to decrees the unemployment in the Nepal.
